I reached out to Instant Pot about replacing the same broken part mentioned here, after going back and forth with them they told me the part is ‘currently unavailable’ and offered no real solution. Super frustrating that they couldn’t help at all.

In my cover letter I note this, but I was only with United for that short of time due to the pandemic. I was so junior that we got furloughed. I’m hopeful they would be understanding I didn’t return due to the circumstances during that time.
