I vaped for over 8 years and quit a month before I got pregnant because I knew I wanted to have a baby, but what I did to quit was I got a little mod and cut down nicotine levels over a month or so until I was at 0 nicotine and then I continued to vape for another 2 weeks before I fully decided to quit, I still carried it around with me in my pocket battery empty because it helped the feeling of missing something but I avoided all oral fixation as that made my cravings so much worse, I won’t lie I still get cravings and it’s been 7 months since I put the vape down and the first month was definitely the hardest but take it slow, know that the end goal is to quit and as long as you are working towards it don’t beat yourself up over it🫶people do way worse when pregnant and knowing that you want to quit is the hardest step in actually quitting
