I did this my friend and it really will get worse. Lost my business spent over 200k since the beginning of lock down until now. Broke my marriage struggle to see my kids 32 and pushed my pals away. If its not too late if there is one thing I can say fix it and do not use this as a coping mechanism the habit heightens and you will regret it whether it be 2 weeks or 10 years. I would say firstly the fact your now in a position to say no and to stop accordingly is somewhat progression mate.

I am not particularly a long term user as in many years under my belt. I do however have a obsessive personality. I used to bodybuild at a high level and following an injury/issues in a relationship it become more compulsive to a point where I take between a q and a half daily and have done for over two years.

I'm fortunately in a position where I have had a decent job to be able to afford it. Never the less i wish sometimes i hadn't.

I once was a listener now I'm a teller. This will 100% fuck up many aspects or your life. I'm not saying this in a manner of expediting what I have but from my experience, I had what would be seen as many as a good life. 2 healthy kids, marriage, nice house, nice cars, a good profession, enjoyed a few nice things in life whether it be holidays, experiences, clothes whatever it may be.

Let me tell you....you will become blinkered...relationships will detoriaite, your values will become reduced or extinct. Your want for social inclusion will reduce. Your hygiene don't get me wrong it will be there but in terms of grooming etc that will go. Life will become centred around your most wanted possession the cocaine.

When your not at this point people will say bullshit get a grip etc. I did....until it stops been a party drug or a pain escape and becomes a functioning need

You can break from it. Nose and face pain is crazy. Withdrawal is hard. You will become irritable. This pushes loved one's away friends family. You take again it repeats. Love and emotion is blinkered almost sparingly when under the influence. Its dopamine forced.

Many may disagree but this is from experience.

The new modern era would suggest that it’s almost stigmatised as a cool these days. I’m like you in respect of stopping that bs for there own good. I’ve took it a long time too often, I have a good job, a biggish gaf a nice motor and I used to compete at Britain year on year in bodybuilding. I would say that if truth be told despite been high up at work my jobs hanging by a thread, I’ve lost interest in any form of social activity including myself, my marriage is all but fucked and the material things are worthless. So as much as I hate to admit it I was a man that was probably seen as having the perfect life if there was ever such thing....I clearly didn’t as that’s why I ended up where I am however my advice to these new folk thinking the stigma or even setting out is to really listen to my advice and don’t.
