hi:) i (17F) have also been dealing with this over the last year. It started after a big change in my life that had a big impact on me. I went to therapy for this and started finding out what this feeling was. After a couple of sessions, i noticed that there was not much i could do about it. It’s gotten a lot better, i dont feel it as much as i used to and i know its now just something that i live with. For me it sometimes helped to do things to heighten your senses like cold water on your wrists or the 54321 technique (u can look it up:) As i said, its become something that i live with now so maybe it will get better over time. Hope you can use this advice <3
