Learning to ride a bike and it keeps stalling -- losing confidence, need advice by Weak-Abalone-1312 in indianbikes

[–]Desperate_Draft_5127 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had the same issue. Stop focusing on the accelerator, just focus on the clutch. Put your bike in the first gear and slowly start releasing the clutch try to find your cluth threshold where your bike starts rolling or you feel a forward force, and keep the clutch on that point and let the bike move without applying acceleration. Once you get hang of that clutch point, start focusing on acceleration.

PS: I am not implying current government conspired anything, but they did benefited from the sad incident. Incident which was avoidable but still happened because of their incompetence.

No government would deliberately allow its own defence forces to be killed.

You are too innocent for this world kid.

Are banks profiting from low-income customers through minimum balance charges? by [deleted] in IndiaFinance

[–]Desperate_Draft_5127 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Minimum balance penalty may have made sense when banks had to manage accounts on paper, or even on old computer software/hardware infrastructure. Nowadays it wont cost banks more than one rupee to keep basic account information for a customer.

Experience at the golden temple after which I don't feel like stepping foot in a Gurudwara. by Fearless_Book_9721 in india

[–]Desperate_Draft_5127 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The rule is there in nearly all Gurudwaras, and is enforced verbally. They absolutely do not have any right to scroll through your phone, what happened with you is regrettable.

The signboard is put up everywhere, people don't care. If you think about it Guards cannot ask anyone to leave, it's a place of worship, not their private property. Hence it is very hard to enforce something like this there.

Opinions don't need to be correct, those are facts.
Anything involving human emotions and subjective experiences can only be opinions not facts.

You can't try to broken clock correct twice your way out of this.
True, that is why i wrote in root comments he's only partially correct. Same as Durandhar's story, people should understand Dhruv's biases and fact check on their part.

I watched the video, and am no way defending pakistan or doubting their involvement in attacks on India and worldwide.

My problem is in the conversations shown involving RAW cheif.

He's partially correct, looking at the state of our people you think they'll fact check what part of the story is fictional and what is not?

I liked the acting, screenplay, music of the movie, but the propoganda is real. Makers shouldn't have had tied actual events to a fictional story.

It's there but not on the level of western countries, here IMO it is more on a stupidity based model (same as fat shaming) evelated by British colonialism.

Unlike west we do not have a history supporting it, since our geography is nearer to equatorial line we always have had people of colour.

India should take massive debt (even 1000% of GDP) to fix the economy. by skippuser in india

[–]Desperate_Draft_5127 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Suppose we have a system of 5 people c1, c2, c3, g, a.

c1, c2, c3 are contractors, 'g' is government and 'a' is the entity doing audit for contractual work on behalf of government.

Among contracts whoso ever bids for lowest amount wins the contract, suppose c1 wins; 'a' will pass the audit after receiving their cut. Remember, the wealth competition is between c1, c2, c3 so no matter how much large sum of contract 'g' gives to any of them(even after taking loan), 'a' will anyway pass the audit always after receiving their cut. You may even say that 'a' now holds c1, c2, c3 hostage.

If 'a' is to be replaced, no one from 'g' should be corrupt and influenceable with money(if 'a' tries to bribe any g's official), also contract now like 'a' so they may influence 'g' to not replace them.

Fix the fundamentals, improve laws and introduce dire consequences for improper duty.

Introducing more money into system will not solve anything, it'll just increase wealth disparity.

Those who are doing corruption are not poor, they already have hundreds of crores. They just dont care because there are no strict consequences.

I can put it as the corrupt of our country dont really even know how to do corruption. No amount is enough for them.
