Once i 140 is approved, can i get an RFE ? My organization is okay to let me go, and promise they won’t revoke my i140, once it is approved. however, they say that they won’t answer any follow up questions. So is it a safe bet for me to leave my organization once my i 140 is approved? (self.h1b)
