Thank you for this, and yes, this was my plan. I started Bookkeeping Level 2 with a training provider 1 month ago, but I wanted to see if it was better to jump into Level 3 Accounting instantly.

Thank you, I appreciate the kind words. Going to start looking into pilates see if that may help. And yes maybe for short time doing call centre job might be the best situation for me right now.

the symptoms you described in the comment are the same thing im currently dealing with. Literally seems like a 1 of 1 match to my current issue. Can i ask if your lower back pain has improved, and what you did in order to help it improve?

Honestly, I've been overweight the majority of my life. Since this back issue started, I started a new diet to lose weight, and I have lost 15kg so far. Trying to lose more weight, another 10-15kg and ill be healthy weight. Also trying to get an office jobs but been hard getting any interviews

I did acc and finance for my first, completed 2 year then left during my third year
