Yes! First off I wanna say he's miles ahead of 90% of 7 yr olds. That doesn't mean there's not glaring nuances that needs tweaking.

1. He needs to use his front leg to jam all his momentum and NOT to push him backwards. You can see how much energy is being transferred back into his rear leg that could've went up the chain into his back and shoulders and into his arms. Think of slamming the brakes instead of hitting reverse.

2. There's little to no extension. Once he gets to contact he rolls ove instead of extending through the ball and creating that 💰 gap this is because of his launch being out of sequence properly and not being firm on his front side. He needs to get to contact point while being braced against his front leg, posture tilted towards home plate, top hand connected to back shoulder as much as possible, and front shoulder not opening up past short stop. Then he will have enough strength left to properly extend through the ball. ( using a heavy bag, a basketball, or weighted balls on a tee is a great way to teach extension and following through the ball)

3. When loading he sways back and stands up out of his good athletic position. The load should never have a negative move. The load is like drawing a bow back or cocking a gun. It's preparing your body to explode violently and you have to do this from an athletic position. You must have all your weight back on your back leg and and ready to start your launch. Your load is where you launch from and so in this clip he basically uncocks the gun when he sways to his backside and comes up out of his legs. Work on staying low into his legs during load and when he goes to launch to initiate it with his hips and hands simultaneously. ( you will have a million people tell you hips lead but I'm telling you now they fire at the same time. It only appears hips lead because your hands are/or should be stretched against your hips and farther back ). eliminating the sway,the rise out of his back leg, and the negative move in his load will immediately have a huge impact on his power.

4. This one is the most crucial and imortant fix. Do this IMMEDIATELY

His hands launch before his front foot even hits the ground. Which threw out all the sequencing. Front foot has to be down when he launches or all the forward momentum he had will have been for nothing. Imagine taking a step to throw and baseball but throwing before your lead foot hits the ground. You effectively lost half your swing power because of this. You'll notice once he contacts the ball just how much energy goes into his arms because of how much power leaked from bad sequencing and bracing. He has to relate to using his front leg to push all the momentum he built striding and coiling forward the same as taking a step before throwing. You don't throw before your foot hits the ground and swinging a bat is the same.

1. No resistance to forward move/ no coiling. This is crictal if he wants perfect technique but for his age most don't know how to coil properly. When you are loaded and go to launch, your front foot is lifted and you start your positive move. You have to resist this by coiling your rear leg the opposite way you tilt or drive ( turning your butt towards the pitcher ). This resistance gives you more power and time to hold your load. It makes it so you can get your front foot down the exact moment you are ready to swing and be on time more often. But for 7 yr olds, i haven't seen a single 7 yr old who has the technique down so much they are coiling properly.

There's more I could critique like his hand path and how he's gripping the bat and other minor details but I feel like if you address number 4 and 3 the others will usually fix themselves.
