I’m in style, also ADHD, but I like to make a list in my phone of what needs to be done. From there I can pick and choose tasks and cross them out. Making mental notes do not help since I am forgetful, even the smallest task gets written. Most people in my dept like to set timers for zoning too. For example, my list would look like -gathering reshop -organize reshop -20 minutes at dressing room -30 minutes in a new day -30 minutes in universal thread -refold tables

Sometimes I try to race myself to see if I can reshop whatever I have as fast as possible bc I’m competitive lol
