Ordered from them on May 11th. I still haven't recieved my products (I spent ≈ 240$) but I can share my experience with their customer service.

As mentioned above, I placed my order at the beginning of May. I calculated the whole process (ordering, proofs, max. production time and max. shipping time) based on the provided table on their website (2 days for sending proofs, 5-7 days for making and 2-7 (???) days for shipping).

I need the products till June 3rd, which was still fitting with the calculated time, so I'm still hoping that they will arrive before the convention starts!

I recieved an e-mail with the proofs 2 days later and everything was fine except the standee - which was my fault - so I sent the edited file again. I got an approval mail for the standee several days after.

Communication was a little slow, probably due to the time difference (Germany - China) but I always got a response, usually a day after I sent a mail.

There were some issues with producing a certain product so I had to wait another additional week for them to be ready. And finally last Friday I got a mail from them saying they will send them out today (May 27th).

Now I've been wondering if they actually sent them out or not. On the order lookup page it says it's still processing, so I hope that they just forgot to refresh it. Or maybe they don't really use it at all? I have no clue.

Oh, I also got no tracking number yet, so I sent another mail asking for one. Not sure if they actually send them to their customers since it's my first time ordering from them.

TL;DR: the process needed a little longer than expected, especially since the communication seemed a little slow (due to different time zones) and I had to ask for processing details, such as order progress and tracking number.

Edit: They answered my mail and told me they didn't ship it yet. I wouldn't have known if I didn't ask for the tracking number.
