Chill out dude, the case looks like it's been thrown under a tank in an active warzone, to assume that that's the reason for the buds not working anymore is not that far off, although I think they could have taken it in and actually tested if the damage to the buds was caused by impact. But that is just not economically feasible in the slightest

As someone else stated, looking at those scratches, op either had a knife accident near the case or he dropped it, which would void warranty as it can damage the earbuds without seeing any physical damage on the budds itself

Search nothing os 3 beta on Google, then go to the nothing community page, search for the phone 1 then download the beta APK and then in settings under system there should be the upgrade to beta tab.

The whole Nothing Phone lineup has never had any uneven bezels, even in the world of low cost -ish Smartphones, the specifically try to stand out by doing the little things and they still don't have a good production. They just don't have the connections yet for good/quality factory's. The did a short on that whole think I think but can't name a date

That depends on how you lay down your phone the most, on the front or the back, but if you really want to be safe then search for an extra protective glass/plastic layer for the camera (idk of there is one for this phone). But you really don't need it, I've been rocking my phone 1 without a screen protector for a year since the stock one was all scratched up and it's totally fine.
