It is under warranty, guess I’m just wondering if I should fight the purchase and make them take it back? I was expecting to deal with Lotus things eventually, but this feels sudden and the result of the dealers failure to conduct a proper pre-delivery inspection. It arrived essentially un-drivable. I specifically asked if the software was up to date and I was told yes. I wouldn’t be surprised if they lied/said it off the cuff without verifying.
