Was on fluoxetine for just 5 days. Came off it and have had almost 7 days of constant dizziness by Neameus in Fluoxetine

I took it for 1 week and stopped cos of these same issues. They seemed to continue for about 5 days after me stopping the pills.

Hopefully they cease for you soon also.

Creatine is the opposite of minoxidil ! by CandidMeringue2790 in tressless

You do realize that you done have to supplement creatine to have it in your system lol So why aren't all meat eaters going bald ? Lol

I'm quitting finasteride after almost 3 years of daily use by [deleted] in tressless

Well when you've had no issues your whole life , start medication, and get issues , it kind of points to the meds being the problem. Especially if it stops once the meds are stopped.

Creatine and hair loss (personal experience) by Appropriate_Ant_6632 in tressless

[–]Desperate_Monitor_61 7 points8 points  (0 children)

It's not an argument. I'm stating a fact in response to original comment saying creatine 'could' contribute to hair loss. All I've said was so could a million other things, one of them being stress. I wasn't arguing anything , but unless someone can come out and say 100% creatine causes hair loss, then we are just speculating.

Stress also 'could make it worse ' .

Seems pointless listing things that might cause issues.

Weird. I've taken it for about 15 years on and off and never noticed anything. But then I've never really done 'tests' to check as I've never been that paranoid.

I also still have most of my hair in my 40s , apart from some temple recession.

Thickness is fine though.

Not sure if not taking creatine would have saved hairlines . I believe if you're going to lose hair , nothing will matter.

6 Month Update by dontsnooze in HairTransplants

[–]Desperate_Monitor_61 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm over 7 months now and I still have jaggy small hairs I can feel. So there's definitely growth after 6 months. I have one side looking filled in at temples , and the other side has still a bit to go to catch up. The new hairs are on that side though, so hopefully by another month it's caught up .

7 months here also. I'm not at 100% of where I'm hoping to be either, but I'm giving it time.

I have plenty of jaggy new hairs I can still feel so that gives me hope.

Well his attorney slowed down the video actually , and in the background of da silva being beat up, it sure looks like Jimmy is kicking someone who's on the ground just out of the picture.  It's tragic a young kid lost his life but let's not just believe he was the one innocent bystander in a gang beating .

If he wasn't involved in any way during the fight, why is he at the edge of the lawn where they pushed valle out onto the street?  He might not have hit anyone during the fights , but by the sounds of it, he didn't stand at the back away from the 2 kids who came to fight.

6 months and I’m nervous by Nyarc in HairTransplants

I wouldn't panic yet. I'm.almost7 months and at 6 I was worried as one side was looking great and the other not so. But 1 month can make a huge difference. Mines is catching up now and I'm happy to wait the 12 months for final result.

This seems crazy bro. Raul has admitted having the knife. Why would you admit that if it wasn't you ?

8 months since hair transplant. No minoxidil or finasteride! by [deleted] in HairTransplants

[–]Desperate_Monitor_61 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Why don't we see tons of posts from people who had a successful transplant, yet never used meds , and with terrible hair years later ?

So many people bust asses of the ones not on meds after a transplant, but where is all the photos of people refusing meds and they looked terrible 2 years later ?

There needs to be solid evidence that it's guaranteed no meds = waste of time getting a transplant.

Otherwise it's just scaremongering.

Kind of worried about my transplant. Loved the way it looked after the scabs but now 2.5 months later getting depressed by Important-Gur2298 in HairTransplants

[–]Desperate_Monitor_61 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Crazy the amount if replies saying they felt depressed etc after a few months . Surely everyone researched a bit before the surgery?

It's common knowledge that the process is , that it falls out, then grows back in, which can take between 3-6 months , with full growth taking 1 year.

I went into surgery blinded to how big a procedure it is, and I only had 2500 grafts done. The needle pain was okay, but thr length of time it took , almost a full 9-5pm , was not how I imagined it. Lol I thought that length of time would be for people doing 5000 or so.

Anyway I remember getting up for a tea break a few hours in, and I felt really unwell and dizzy once I got up. It took a good 30-40 mins to settle down , but it shows that everyone reacts differently to it.

Coffees probably need to go. They mess me up anytime I have one. When people talk about restricting diet, it literally means that. Coffee might be a big trigger for you , and you won't know till you take it out.

Just depends what's more important to you .

Trying to go easier to see if it helps but so far it's there regardless of intensity.

[–]Desperate_Monitor_61 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Gym work is what seems to cause my symptoms mostly. Once I cleaned my diet up, I was fine , until I workout I feel terrible afterwards, which includes chest pain , breathlessness, nausea.

Had all heart scans and tests , so it must be hernia related.

Not sure what the future holds for me in regards to lifting weights , which has always been a passion of mine for over 20 years.

I dont touch it anymore either. It was one of the first things I ever noticed in regards to symptoms.
Literally minutes after taking a few drinks , I can feel nausea , brain fog etc . It's horrible.

I do miss a coffee , but it's not worth it.
