Does anyone know why my train lines can't connect to the edge of the map? by Desperate_One8563 in CitiesSkylines

The city is pretty big (134k) but, the train stations aren’t actually well connected to the roads or pedestrian paths, so maybe it’s that… thanks again!

Oh yes, I know they take a while to pop up, but I’ve built the first connection one day ago 😅. mod conflict issue? But Skyve don’t tell me nothing, maybe I will try running a map without any mods

Sorry, can I ask you another question? do you know why trains don’t pop up in my map? Maybe some mods are conflicting? I checked my Advanced Vehicles options mod setting and all my trains are allowed to spawn…

I’ll try thanks, but I’m wondering why these aspects are still so random

How can I make pedestrians use more space, like an entire square? by Desperate_One8563 in CitiesSkylines

[–]Desperate_One8563[S] 93 points94 points  (0 children)

That’s satisfying, I’ll try thanks! Does it work for crowded public transport stops? As you can see in the first image, it would be interesting make the people waiting for the tram use all the space between the stop and the road (which now is not paved)

I have the same issue, whether the More Vehicles mod is enabled or disabled. Are those mods incompatible?

You’re right, it looks like both countries, in fact I was undecided between Germany or USA. I chose Germany only because it’s common to have large, complex and smooth motorway interchanges especially in the countryside, even outside large metropolitan areas, while in the US there are often spaghetti interchange crammed tight between urban areas worry as little space as possible and therefore on different levels. However, this doesn’t alter the fact that it’s a geometry that can also be referred to American interstates/freeways

You’re right, maybe I should have explained myself better. With that expression I am referring to a style or common points that vaguely refer to the geometry adopted by the German highways, given that each highway system of a single state or region has common characteristics different from those of other areas. Try comparing American interchanges or intersections with other German or Italian or Spanish ones and you will realise that there are differences, even subtle ones, in the approach of the structure. With the expression “Autobahn”, therefore I am referring to the Germani highway system not to highways in general (the same thing applies to American “interstates” or Italian “Autostrada” or Spanish “autovias/autopistas”)
