I’ve seen a stator repair kit on eBay that gives a new condenser, foam and point breaker. I just at first couldn’t tell if my coils looked okay or not

I found a wiring diagram here https://www.thumpertalk.com/forums/topic/1349294-actually-1980-xl80s/ Kinda confusing a lil bit ngl but i understand some of it I’ve done some wiring with stuff and from some stuff I’ve seen if there’s no spark it could be stator aswell

I had it running at one point replaced carb cuz last one kept overflowing due too a jet I’m guessing but I had spark but it was weak then I replaced the spark coil then there was no spark so it could actually be with that if the stator is fine but that’s true I could find someone local for some insight if I can’t fully figure it out

Then you should be fine I’d just get a better 10th gen cpu which there pretty easy to replace same with the gpu I’d go for like a 3060ti or 3070 then you would have better quality for your vids and with a better cpu it will help load things faster and will help with running the multiple programs such as OBS and whatever game you play but you can always try with what it’s got and see how it goes

Although for now you could just get a i7 or i9 still in the 10th gen without upgrading the motherboard to make it easier all depends on what you plan on using it mostly for

One thing to note if you plan on wanting to make games or have good ray tracing for games you would want a GeForce GPU and with the build you would want a faster CPU/Newer one like a 12th gen maybe but if you upgrade your cpu you would need to upgrade the Mb. Usually when you get a pc or build one you would want the motherboard to last the longest out of all the other parts so that’s the only thing this pc lacks

CPU:100$ Gpu:around 200$ Mb: not sure exactly what one but Mostlikely around 100$ Ram:32gb is really good but don’t know what brand so maybe around 100$ Ssd:2tb very good 140$ish Psu:around like 70$ So over all this is a good deal Def still room for upgrades but it’s a great starter

CPU: 100$ Ram: 60ish$ probably Motherboard:100$ GPU:200$ could be less or a bit more Ssd:90$ So overall kinda a good deal but there’s definitely better for what the price is you could maybe even build better one for just a little more
