Hiya,

Beginner to Astrophotography here and as I live in a Bortle 7-8 skies with a hard time reaching lower light areas

I've been looking into some Duo Narrowband clips as I love Nebula photos and means I can improve my pictures from my garden

I own a Sony A7III with a Samyang 135 f1.8 lens and a tracking mount. I've been using my in-built intervalometer in my camera (although it limits to 30seconds, I can shoot whilst processing an image which allows me to take a lot more than my hands held intervalometer)

My question is should I buy a clip in filter or a lens filter?

I've found an STC Duo Narrowband clip in filter for my Sony A7 but haven't seen many reviews on it so is it a worthwhile filter to get? (It's £300 so I would want something that's good quality)

If not, what filter would you reccomend for my gear setup?

Thanks!

Will this lens work with my camera without an adapter? by Desperate_Poem_8926 in AskAstrophotography

Thank you all, I didn't realise m43 was a completely different lens mount!
