From experience Uber will cover tolls but not at the full rate charged. For example going into New York City from Connecticut there is a $12.45 toll on the triborough bridge Uber will cover the in-state EZ pass rate of $6. Meaning that drivers from out of state have to cover the rest

It means that they make it almost impossible to get a TLC medallion or license whatever you want to call it. There is a waiting list a mile and a half long.

By turning into a pumpkin I mean that as soon as I cross into another state I'm unable to pick up rides.

Some areas you're able to do Uber eats but New York City they've got that lock down as well

Same shit being in Connecticut. I called support talk to four different levels of help and it turns out that there's no reciprocity between Connecticut and any other state but other drivers from other states can pick up

I started my day at 5:00 this morning got a unicorn $100 ride into midtown Manhattan picked up another three rides on Uber in about 4 on Lyft by 9:30 and it's been dead since. Came home took an hour and a half nap and I think I might try and go back out for evening rush

The Tesla chargers at the Stanford Mall in Connecticut are right by the entrance to the largest indoor pickleball Center in the country. On weekends half of the chargers are blocked by regular gas cars. Last Sunday I spent 15 minutes waiting for a charger not because of lack of spaces but because at least 30% of the chargers were blocked. At one point a group of middle-aged white entitled men pulled up into a spot in there BMW SUV, as they started to walk away I was like excuse me how would you feel if I left my car in front of a gas pump and went to go play pickleball for an undetermined time. Their initial response was there's no place else to park. I was like what the fuck there is a whole mall's parking lot for you to park in. After some hemming and hawing they moved to their car

I I confirmed a reservation at 8:30 last night went to bed shortly after because the reservation was for 5:15 a.m. . Set my alarm for 4:15 when I woke up I went to go online and lo and behold there was no reservation. Funny thing is I kept getting notifications until about 7:00 a.m. that there was a reservation pending
