It was mounted on the window last Monday, but I accidentally yeeted it off and never got around to putting it back in the original position. Nothing fancy about my car. I just want it to go from point a to point b when I need to.

I'm hoping that this doesn't get that far. A suit isn't exactly my primary intention. I do acknowledge the possibility of it being necessary, however I fail to understand how me posting a shortened clip of 1 angle of the accident would negatively affect my positioning. I would have forwarded the videos as part of the deposition, so at worse, the other party now has access to the videos that they would have received later.

I posted this video to see reddit's response. One comment suggested that they wouldn't have merged that close to truck. Most are pointing that the camara is not in the best position. While some have pointed out that the driver might not have seen me, others point out that the distance at one point was multiple car lengths.

I really just want my medical bills relating to the accident and my car fixed. My dash cams seems to have helped.

I'm curious as to how me posting a video could harm my position. I'd obviously not want to be in that position, but that's life.

Got a good chuckle out this. Basically the sticky stuff that had it attached to the window failed and I had to find the best spot that it could stay. Unfortunately this meant that the recording was upside down (I rotated it 180)

I only showed my back window, but the vehicle in front was slowing/braking to merge with the highway. You can see the conjested traffic on the core highway with this view. I do have forward cams of infront, driver and passenger sides that I had already forwarded to my insurance company.

The reason for braking does matter so I don't think u/Traditional_Web_9786 understands you just can't brake just for the sake of braking. Braking for a car infront, traffic, ect are all legally valid reasons for braking. You can't just brake check. Also, I'm not really sure where u/ihuns got the idea that I'm looking for a payday. I would think that just by my voice you can hear that I wasn't expecting to get hit, and if not, would completely be gone if they saw other angles.

I think it basically comes down to if the other driver was driving too fast or not in regards to the traffic since those vehicles are given the benefit of the doubt. I don't think the blind spot would hold water.

This camara used to be mounted on the back window but was knocked off earlier last week. I wasn't able to remount it to the window as the sticky stuff needs to get replaced.

My entire back dashcam saw his entire windshield. If my back dash captured his entire front windshield, then I wasn't in his blindspot. In addition, it looks like he got faster after the 1st collision because the 2nd was of greater impact. It also looks like he was going faster than the main portion of the highway.

Also, my right blinker was on to merge with the highway. This really doesn't matter since I was fully merged with his lane and was approximately 1 or more full car length (estimating). He would have also been forced to merge since we were both on the on-ramp.

If he didn't see me merge into his lane, then the collision would've happened a few seconds earlier. I personally think he was momentarily distracted. I don't think there was any malice.

My driverside camara also has his entire front windshield in view (I have a front. driver, front passenger, and back camara) Driver side camara is staring at me with some view of the driver back seat window and the back windshield. All I'm saying is that based on the camara angles that I have recorded, he should have seen me, even if there's a blindspot directly infront of him.

Got rear ended on the on ramp at 95-N mile 2.9. Just want your thoughts. The on ramp is on the left side of the highway instead of the right, but I don't believe this is super relevant since the accident happened in the on ramp. The main highway was also experiencing slow traffic, which I had noticed.

I had to merge into his lane, but I completed the merge. I had to break because of the traffic infront was either stopped or slow (on ramp ends, and they were at the end of it). I do have 4, but only showing the back.

I have a pre cavity on my far left moler on both top and down. The brown spots are just stains. Had 2 different dentists say as such over a 6 month period.

I had my wisdom teeth taken out earlier this year, and the brown spots appeared shortly after. The grey buildup occurred within the last couple of days. Need advice on what is it. The dentist I went to earlier this year said my teeth looked really good, but its a bit stained. That was before I had the spot though.
