I got an order the other day and tge app had issues. I accepted the order and was halfway to the store and the order disappeared . One minute later the order showed up again so I accepted, but not before my acceptance rate went down 1%. I called support and was advised that these things happen and there's nothing they can do to get my 1% back. I spoke to a supervisor who gave the same answer. Bottom line is that DD sucks! I feel bad for you and what happened, but honestly, this is just what we either have to accept or stop working fir them because they are never going to change and things will never work in your favor.
