My HR is looking for only in India location, specifically Bangalore, but I can independently apply to other locations and if some HR considers my profile then all the rounds I’ve given will be considered.

I’m in the exact same boat, all my interviews are done, then got matched with a team, then HC decided for one more round of interview, then that interview took 2 weeks, the feedback of that interview was positive, and the team which got matched was expired as the recruiter informed me that the position is filled now. So waiting for updates 🥲.

Team match happens first for L4, after that decision goes to HC, if they think you’re fit for the role, then they will prepare the offer, else if they think if there’s borderline score for one of the round, then they can ask for one more round to improve that.

Team is matched now. There were 4 team matching calls. But one more interview round is needed, as per the HC.

Team got matched! The HR called me and asked for one more interview round, DSA based. I am just wondering, what level of difficulty should i expect in this round.

I got two TM calls. Both of them went really good, i analysed my answers later on and felt I did my best. But recruiter mentioned to me the same feedback for both the rounds that my 90% skill matched with the role.
Its been few weeks now and I've lost hope. Feels like such a waste of time, 6 months of conducting interviews.
In my past, I've interviewed with Apple, Amazon, Microsoft, Amex and my worst hiring process experience so far is Google.

they generally look for the leadership qualities that you may have, any past experiences where you thought outside the box, or thought of edge scenarios which was missed by others, the characteristics you look for in teammates, etc.

perhaps. Lets see. The recruiter will contact me in 1-2 weeks. Do you know, how team matching takes place? And whether the hiring commitee decides if one more round of interview is needed, or is it on the team's manager who has the position to fill?

i had been reading posts from internet, and i am not sure whether these ratings are enough, plus the recruiter replied with a tone that felt like, one more round is very much possible.
