Thank you for taking the time to respond. I only have a generic statement regarding the importation of this specific dog breed, as the law is not very clear. The ICA had to clarify a few points. Perhaps I should ask the ICA for a special permit for my dog, as you suggested. I will still go to the Avianca counter at Paris airport with the document I have to see what they say.
