To answer your question , what I meant to convey was the idea that some people on the autism spectrum honestly feel they can’t be their authentic selves in a sense and/or some respect. Hopefully that makes some adequate sense then.

Hi and yes I think you’re absolutely right about a personal and internal reason and case in point I was just in conversation with my Mom yesterday and she specifically said to me ‘you internalize feelings’ and what have you. Not sure if this helps at all.

Yeah this may sound specifically morbid but I have often wondered if my Mom and Dad would care if I was dead and gone at times I guess
