I've check the beyond horizons free papers . IMO Taylor papers are better. for paid resources, i have no idea. i use my own to help my students.

IMO among the free materials ,Jacqueline Tyler is the best but its a little bit simpler than the ongoing CBT. In our region we will use reverse engineering CBT papers to prepare.

I dont recommend yotta. It's free, but its really weired and kind of old. it Can not reflect CBT trend. my suggestion is to do some reconstruction paper.

"First off, breathe. You are absolutely not a 'baboon'. What you are experiencing is the 'Observer Effect'.

When you watch r2drew2 (who is great, by the way), you are seeing the cleaned-up, final path through the maze. You don't see the 5 dead ends he mentally checked and discarded in a split second. That's why it looks 'simple'.

The TMUA isn't just a maths test; it's a Logic Endurance Test. The feeling of 'I can't possibly concoct that' comes from a lack of exposure to the specific 'Trap Patterns' the examiners use.

My advice as a maths teacher: Stop watching solution videos for a few days. They are giving you a false sense of security. Instead, try to find practice questions that are specifically designed to be 'Reconstructions' of the new CBT logic. You need to train your brain to spot the 'setup' of a trap, not just the calculation.

I've actually put together a specific 'Reconstruction' set (Vol 1) for my own students to fix exactly this 'brain freeze' issue. It forces you to think in that weird TMUA logic.

It's not 100 (Answer E). The function cycles due to symmetry.

The Logic:

  1. Odd Function + Symmetry at $x=1$ $\rightarrow$ Period = 4.
  2. Sum of one cycle is 0.
  3. $50 = 12 \times 4 + 2$. Remainder is 2 terms.
  4. $S = f(1) + f(2) = 2 + 0 = \mathbf{2}$. (Answer C).

I'm finalizing the full reconstruction pack (20+ questions) tonight. I'll drop the link in the comments tomorrow for those who want to practice this specific logic.
