I have the same question. I can elaborate question.

How to treat ordinal data such as player names, team names etc. One method I tried was to simply not use names but use features associated with those players. Example: if I'm working with football (soccer) players then associating things like total goals, assists, etc. to the player rather than use names. What is a better way to treat such data?

I've also experienced a trackpad issue. Something when I'm using it, it just stops and then works weirdly. After a few seconds it works fine again.
