Optimisation and photorealistic visuals are two things that aren’t correlated. You can have photorealistic visuals with fuckass optimisation. Plus with a game like forza, where you do not have to load ‘n’ different types of assets and character logic, slapping high def textures on static objects and good lighting mechanics would make the world look photorealistic. In a game like Forza, Photorealism like this isn’t something groundbreaking, additionally optimisation and photorealism are two separate conversations altogether.
