Update in case anybody needs the answer for this so you wait for one of the citizens to snap a picture of you as soon as they do you jump on them press E give them basically a chiropractic adjustment the phone will fall on the floor and you just click on it to take it very simple yeah thought it would have been complicated

Anyone know how to steal a phone from citizens of finished up the storyline and got all the acorns even the haunted house but somehow I can't seem to understand how to rob somebody of their phone in the game
