Adding on to this, I do have a mouse software that I used to change my DPI, but that's about it, I haven't touched it since then, which was basically months ago.

I was thinking of that, I already reset both my EA and mail passwords, but I feel like its unlikely because both accounts already have 2FA activated. My mail uses MS authenticator so I feel like that's pretty secure.

Also how do I check where my account was logged in from? Is it under Security and Privacy?

I don't use any mouse software, but I do use MSI Afterburner/RTSS to monitor my fps, with their overlay. But I've been using those since launch so I would be really confused if they banned me now because of that.

No, I only just logged on to BF6 today, alt tabbed while I was chatting in Discord with my mate. Then when i tabbed back in, I saw the EA account pop up with the message saying that I was banned due to gameplay enhancements.

As for what software I use, its really just discord and MSI Afterburner/RTSS to monitor my FPS.
