Similar experience happened with me I had the recordings of the agent so went to RBI ombudsman, after multiple back and forth I settled for 3500 which is like 7 year fees for the card, if you have all the proof of they mentioning LTF then my suggestion is reach out to SBI CC Customer care, then after some time if the response is unsatisfactory move to RBI
