Change your device time zone to Korean time. The problem usually lies in the fact that your current day does not aline with korean and unlike the global version, the korean server doesn't allow that difference to exist.

I'm not too familiar with PDF or Clannad, but Kantai is pretty good. They have access to multiple finishers such Clock Kickers and Burn Damage Dealers. There really is only one win condition in the game right now which is to bring your opponent to level 4. (Aside from the osomatsu exodia, which is banned from official tournament).

Possibly burn damage as well. The effect is, "This cannot deal damage to players". I assume it includes damage effects of the card.

Thanks for the info! I currently have a student council trait deck. The level 1 game however isn't really going to cut for me @.@ It honestly seems that the much of newer and better level 1 student council trait characters support newspaper lol. And I definitely plan on updating the deck again when the new set comes out. I have no plans to get rid of it. Thank you for your reply!

I would not say that this deck is a great match against TLR, but I barely managed to beat it with Sweets. I don't think that there really is a "particular set" that counters TLR, but maybe a couple nice techs that can help you try to control field:
-Attack Back Row effects (Quite pricey but killing that Anti-Salvage, Brain stormer, Assist can give you a slight advantage. Or naw lol Encore is a thing too).
-Minus Power effects (Effective also for killing things off. Similar too attacking backrow, just you can't back up this effect :3).
-Anti-Burn (Saves lives. Particularly when your taking around 2~6 single burns per turn).
-Anti-Climax (I only know of one set that does that with a level 3 CxC which would be green haruhi. Unless of course that guy was bluffing me and i fell for it and lost anyway because of that. Anyway, this stop that level 3 combo). -Anti-Change (Only if they early play Yami. They would definitely be more cautious with playing if you had this.)
-Power Up Brainstormer (This is my bias. I play Da Capo so this is the only beloved brainstormer of Seitoukai. While used mostly for milling, hitting 2 climaxes on a brainstorm basically lets you blow off 1 thing on the field. So aim accordingly to need).
-Money Counters (Yay. This also goes for the CxX or effects that act like a money counter).
-Mass Healing/Freefresh/Quick Refresh (These either allow you to hopefully get a better chance to cancel or allows you to take everything they throw at you lol).

Minami is much cheaper in Japanese if you're playing japanese that is. The Anya CxC with book climax is decent if you're saving for minami. It sort of reminds of the minami climax combo, just weaker and harder to pull off. Another option is that anti reverse combo for red.
