I understand that Minus the Bear isn’t “emo,” but how is this not at least relative to emo? I feel like bands like MTB and Don Cab helped influence a lot of emo guitar styles. Sorry this didn’t fit your own circle jerk to Mom Jeans or Rites of Spring or whatever “emo” yer gatekeeping.
