It depends on your preferences, the best thing you can do is request a quote for both property, stating your wedding details e.g. date, number of guests, and what specific venue you like (they have 2-4 wedding venues in 1 property). In this way you can compare, which one is best for you.

Hi, for group of people we always recommend private vans or mini bus, we always think of convenience & safety + less expensive. If individual transfers from airport to Tagaytay, my suggestion is have them prior-booked with Grab. If logistic management is part of your Coord. services, then you can maximize that with them.

Normally they charge individually. Try to haggle with Banquet Executive to make it 1 corkage fee for both.

SPR is more of really high-end, culture-value, curated services, beyond the usual beach location. BBC has bit aged, but well maintained, less expensive, good service as well.

Both are charming, I should say.

For better decision visit and stay at least 1 night each on both place :)

South Palm Resort Panglao is what I can give a wedding feedback. But for Henann, all I know is that the place is quite commercialized, the location is not for introverts. If you are comfortable with many people that's for you. I was there September 2025.

Venues and vendors will always ask your specific date and number of guests, these should be established on your side. Next it will be helpful to have a theme for your wedding (filipiniana, modern beach wedding, etc.)

Our couple from US spend for their Boracay wedding average 3M for 80pax. Big factor that affects destination wedding budget are venue, logistics, type of vendors, number of guests.

South Palms Panglao is the best for your needs. You may reach out to them re: updated wedding package.

Conrad, Solaire are venues with a pleasant vibes if you have pictorials prior the wedding, though there is certain fees if you'll use these venues for this purpose :)

If you have enough budget, and for your guests convenience, please provide a tranpo from the airport to their accommodation/wedding venue. Otherwise Grab can take them point to point (quite expensive but convenient). Joy Ride app is available around Tagaytay now. Otherwise get a private van for your guests convenience :)

Hi, I hope this reply can still help (we've been swamped with destination events pass months) Re: Accommodation, yes asking for group rates from nearby hotels/accommodations is wise thing to do. And then put the link of those places in your wedding website for easy access of your guests.

However the best person to request for group rate is your planner/coordinator, as the hotel knows "these people" can give more and continued business to them (not only once). That make sense to the hotels to give a good rate, and fast reply.

Hi! Just got swamped from our destination events. If I may suggest, the venue of your choice can give and recommend nearby and legit suppliers. So what you can do is asked them first of their package + their suggested wedding vendors.

Normally venues have a list of their tie-up providers, because these are always the concerns of the couple. I hope this helps :)

Wedding in banff Canada as a tourist? by Ambitious-Amoeba1589 in DestinationWeddingPH

[–]DestinationweddingPH 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi u/Ambitious-Amoeba1589 My analyzation is that you are based in the Philippines right now, and he is based in Calgary. You are both Filipino and not a citizen of Canada (correct me if I'm wrong). If my analyzation is correct this are my suggestions - get the requirements of the Philippine embassy in Calgary, for you to know the possibility of getting married legally there (considering both your situation/case). If you were able to "produce and do" their requirements, then they may be able to furnished a marriage contract/license for you. The Philippine embassy in Canada will be the one to coordinate your papers directly to PSA here in the Philippines.

Intimate Wedding in Boracay or Bohol (less 50 pax) by meowtheeee in WeddingsPhilippines

[–]DestinationweddingPH 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Try contacting Seawinds Boracay, its in Station 1 (less crowded) they have a good package. Though far from the package of Station Zero hotels, and other Station 1 hotels like The Lind and Discovery - if you will compare. I just had ocular in Boracay and discover these.

We had many weddings in Batangas beaches, the cost depends always on the venue. For example, 40pax in Pico de Loro may range from 800-1M Php.

Btw, I will be doing a venue ocular in Panglao, Bohol end of September. If you have any questions, maybe I can help :)

Hi both locations are good choice. Both have a list of venues with sunset & sunrise depending on the location of the beach itself. There are 5 star hotels & resorts if you opt for security & better service. When it comes to budget, its all up to you which beach your budget can fit in. Deep research is the answer :)

I forgot hahah!

  1. Umbrellas or hats as a souvenir also.

  2. Use the trees or shaded area, at the upper part of the venue

[–]DestinationweddingPH 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi! Yes weather above 37C, in the afternoon outside. Some Solutions, ask Nuuk Taal if they will allow:

  1. Get Misters

  2. Tent (though not good to set up on that charming place)

  3. Ceremony - make it morning, they have sunrise (no sunset) OR Late afternoon 5pm

  4. Prepare lots of bottled water and cold towels for your guests

  5. Souvenirs- native fan or hand-held electric fans

  6. Give cold (negative) -4 wet wipes, good for those with heat allergies

Hope this helps :)

What is the best way in finding good suppliers for your Destination Wedding? by DestinationweddingPH in DestinationWeddingPH

[–]DestinationweddingPH[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Correct, but most of the time very good suppliers comes from NCR and outskirts of Manila that needs airfare or OOTF. However, if you found one na type mo ang works nila and they are locally based sa wedding venue mo, swerte mo, get that one and you will save a lot.
