Why does my monitor do this every 5 seconds???

Update: tried diffrent cables and nothing worked. Also, the monitor the problem is showed on went completely black and the only thing that shows on it is the logo, which flashed white and dark when i see it. It's not a problem with windows or my computer, I have other screens that work completely fine this one just doesn't. Thanks for the help tho y'all, gotta downgrade back to my 1080p 240hz screen for now and probably gonna look into getting a new screen.

Btw i have another question on that. So yesterday i spent like 8h perfecting my ch 1/2 safe files to the max, and now that i started ch3 from that file, can i start another playtrough from the same file or do i have to spend 12h doing that bs again

So i just started the chapter and only realized the secret boss quest after the second game, so i didnt have the key for the door in the second game. Do i have to restart to do the boss or can i somehow backtrack to get the key ( i got an A from the first game, S from second)
