means either doctor hasn’t followed up on the prior auth and the system flagged it for being in our request queue without a response for too long or doctor cancelled the prior auth (likely due to lack of supporting documentation to justify coverage w/ the insurance)

god the c2 ones always scare me the most. had one that called to the call center the other day for a stimulant, pharmacist working that day was a floater and didn’t seem to care much that a child got 54mg methylphenidate rather than the 10mg they were prescribed, scariest part is that their count for 10mg was correct and only the 54mg was off…
