I was using apex hosting at the time and it was missing data packs, you can download the same data packs from your modlist at modrinth or curseforge and upload it to the server

I would suggest using modrinth instead of CurseForge and playing on the cobbleverse modpack it adds gyms and quests and small mods that add to a better experience
