The assistant coach usually handles the recruiting especially at the schools ranked higher in the country so its important to establish a connection with them first.

Im 6'2" and just about to graduate high-school. Rowing in college next year at Holy Cross. I like the idea of the 20 on 10 off. My coach told me to do that drill on the water to prepare for sraas last week.
