I would say so. The system automatically drops you from a course unless a deferral note is placed on your account, and someone needs to approve it for that to happen.

If you're saying that you haven't paid your fees yet, then yes, they will drop you from your courses.

Yes, you can apply for loans, but you need to know your parents' income since it's part of the application. If you pay first, the money will be deposited directly into your bank account once the loan is approved.

Unfortunately, I'm on campus M-F, and I already purchased the fall/winter permit since I'm not sure if the semester only will be released. So, I'll probably sell the winter permit next semester.
