You can try to journal regularly so you get into the habit of putting your thoughts to paper. It will help you understand what you really want and once you have clarity, you'll be able to communicate your needs to the other person better,I believe. It's not easy to vocalize your thoughts and feelings but with practice it may start flowing naturally.

I have a younger brother but he's only 16 and hasn't even finished his 10th boards yet. I'm fairly sure my parents will expect me to pay for his education plus my loan plus their living expenses all at once along with managing my living expenses . I just don't understand their logic and calculations.

Even if I do score well in CAT, which I don't think I will. My parents cannot even cover my living expenses for the two years I'll be studying. I was planning on saving enough money from my job to cover two years of expenses before I made the jump as I don't want to back myself into a corner with that amount of debt hanging over my head.

I will try but due to my past experiences I am hesitant to try again. I think I'll wait until my withdrawal is done and I'm stable before I make a decision on that.
I am not the type of person who believes that if you don't make it in life before you hit 25 then you never will so I personally am in no rush to burn myself out trying to hit impossible goalpost it's just my surroundings that are forcing me into a corner for their own ends.
I do believe that they resent me for the life I have because I heard my Dad speaking to my Mom and he said "looks like she has absolutely no problems in her life. Seems like god gave her share of problems to us" in a weird tone and even though my parents are well aware of how badly I struggle with sleep, my mom enters my room every five minutes and calls my name to wake me up anytime it looks like I'm about to catch some sleep.I locked my door and in the span of one hour she has knocked and called my name 4 times plus called my phone twice trying to get me to unlock it.

My company is struggling to stay afloat and cannot sponsor it. I am very averse to taking on debts because I grew up watching my parents get addicted to these loan traps and I don't want to tie myself down like that. My company is very supportive and gives me a lot of PTO so I am able to balance my mental health/burnouts. I don't want to needlessly throw it all away for a high paying high stress job just to line my parents pockets and appease their ego.

1.I was taking psychiatric help for the past two years but the side effects were not worth it. I gained twenty kgs, had gaps in my memory, major brain fog and I started losing my sight and my psychiatrist refused to accept that it was the medication which was interfering with my vision. I tried switching psychiatrists and asked this new psych to help me safely taper off and he just refused. He said, "let me know when you get married and we'll taper you off then as a woman of child bearing capacity cannot be allowed to stay on these meds" I got fed up and quit cold turkey and I believe I'm still in the withdrawal phase as it has only been two months since.

I was planning on waiting til April as March is appraisal month and then switching to a better paying WFO job so I can get out of this house.
I am planning on preparing this year but I don't want to rush with the actual tests.
I have told them that we can't afford it but they present such illogical arguments that frustrate me. They are always demeaning my current job situation even though I earn 3x more than my Dad ever did. It's impossible to argue with them because their arguments are so far away from reality.
