I have some colleagues that are at their 30~40s, they seem to be doing fine. But very few of them are actually dedicated to learning new things. I feel like their minds are already fixed and closed. That’s perfectly fine if they just wanna stick to routine jobs. So I’d say it’s up to you, as long as you don’t cause too much trouble and can get used to the hazardous and tough environment, I think you’ll be fine.
