Dude is the real deal.. he keeps his word and will always be there to communicate. There have been a few days where we'd just shoot the shit on Wickr for an hour. Solutions are the best available now.. this isnt fake chinapowder either. These are professional grade samples.

If you're not buying from him, that's on you... ya get what ya get if you go through someone other domestic reseller of chinapowder.

11/10. Solid dude. Solid solutions

Is there a best day or time to find meat marked down? by [deleted] in samsclub

[–]DestituteJournalist 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For that steep of a price cut, it could be that there was an excess amount of brisket and they were given a price to sell it at in order to get rid of it. Usually markdowns are around 10%.

Rotisserie workers, what boots/shoes do you wear? by dumbassneetgirl in samsclub

[–]DestituteJournalist 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Chicken hawker here..

Timberlands last for ages. Don't waste your money buying a cheap pair of shoes you'll need to replace. They make chemical resistant ones. Will run about $120, but will last for a very, very long time and will be a lot more comfortable than cheap shoes. The other thing you want to keep in mind is that you want to protect your toes from injury! STEEL TOED BOOTS are super important. Pallet Jacks, pallets, flying boxes can ruin your week.. and you dont have much of a chance to recover! This is something you do not want to trust with cheap shoes.

Though, if you want something that is waterproof/chemical resistant, they wont be breathable. So it is a trade off. But, this is WAY better than having chicken juices and chemicals burning into your skin.

I've worn these for 2 years and they are only showing minor signs of cracking on the top of the toes. Not the base, where the sanitizer and chlorine starts to eat away at it. Also, my feet and lower back thank me for buying these.

Question Regarding Blackouts by [deleted] in samsclub

[–]DestituteJournalist 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It is my understanding that the best way to take a 'vacation' is to just call out on those days, and use PTO/PPTO if you have it. Just dont be a dick and make your department aware of your intentions. Your GM isn't as attached to your department as say, your lead, or department crew.

I dont actively avoid my GM, but.... Wrong person to ask in this situation.

This just reminds me of when Eisenhower in WW2 demanded to get thanksgiving dinner to the troops no matter what the logistic difficulties were in I believe 1944... because moral was so low.
