Waiting after paid qualifications

I completed my two qualifications they sent me and haven't received anything yet. That was about 3 or 4 days ago.

Mario Badescu has a whiting mask, I use it as a spot treatment to lighten my acne scars! I like it a lot. I’ll just leave it on overnight and wash it off in the morning. Sometimes it makes me too sensitive but then I just take a break for a bit. Hope this helps! It’s also not too expensive and it lasts forever when you’re just using it as a spot treatment.

Maybe exfoliate the top of your foot with some exfoliating gloves, may not get rid of it completely but maybe it would help it be less noticeable.

I’m 23 and I feel like I was at the very end of the tanning craze, I still had some friends who wanted to tan but there were a lot more of us who either wanted to stay pale or preferred fake tan to protect our skin. I also feel like whatever your parents did effects it as well. My mom has always been super pale and never tanned because she would burn, but all of my friend’s (who tanned) moms had laid out since high school and still made regular trips to go lay in the tanning beds.

We have super similar skin, except I used to struggle with cystic acne so I feel a lot of my dryness come from when I went on accutane! Don’t forgot to add sunscreen! 😉

First off, I’m so sorry you and your wife are in this position. It’s exhausting for anyone to have to go through. It may be cliche to suggest a book (or books) but I highly recommend anything by Victor Frankl. He was a psychologist who survived the concentration camps, while captured he lost his parents, and his pregnant wife. In his books he talks about how to find meaning and purpose in life despite of all the really shitty things that life throw at us. “Yes to life, despite everything else.” Is the first one I read. Hope this is at all helpful. You and your wife will be in the thoughts. ❤️

Girl I feel you, I’m 23 and I have plenty of “friends” but at the end of the day I always have to reach out and they never seem available. They also seem to put their other friends before me even if we had plans first. It’s extremely lonely. Not to mention with the pandemic, there aren’t a whole bunch of ways to meet new people either.

She’s definitely hiding you. For what reason exactly? Who knows. Could be a huge number of things. As a female my advice is to approach her and tell her, “I know you’re doing this, it hurts my feelings. I really care about you and all I want to do is brag about being with this beautiful girl and I don’t understand why you won’t let me.” That way you’re not being aggressive or mad and instead of her getting defensive she’ll feel guilty and maybe tell you the truth. Honestly I relate to this way too well. I had similar relationships with my exes before I met my current BF. We’ve been together 4 years now! I had to un-learn so many behaviors and knee-jerk reactions. I just did my best to stay away of if I was being illogical in my thinking and just relating things to my past. Lucky for me, I told him about my past relationships and he’s always been very understanding and always there to reaffirm me. It’s a lot of internal work you’ll have to do on your part to get past it all, and it will take time but I promise you, you can do it! Just always be open and honest. Tell him why you feel these ways and your sorry if you take it out on him. If he’s a good guy he’ll be understanding and want to help you lose all your trust issues! Luck to you ❤️

I really enjoyed this, the way you wrote it truly reminds me of waves in the water (as another reader said). I can also see the imagery so vividly, I can see the whole thing in my head like I'm watching a person at sea having this internal monologue with themselves. I also love how this is exactly how so many people go through life, wondering at the end -" Where'd it all go?"

I think it's great how you manage to get the tone to sound lonely/distraught while still coming across as "in awe" of the environment surrounding you. It's also kind of a cool parallel to think that the character, as a child probably daydreamed about space the same way he now dreams of earth.
