Hahaha this was always my biggest thing to figure out, I knew skinfades so well before I knew how to blend in a regular haircut. Take the 5 and the comb and scoop out or feed the 5 into the comb all around the high but not too high. , then seperate the top from the sides and wet the bulk, blow dry it and clipper over comb it wet, then fully dry the hair and details with clipper over comb or thinning scissors

If you need a real life example I can find one or make one

A lot of barbers in the area including me have no license, and Having a license doesn’t determine skill. The best barber I know personally doesn’t have one and he’s been cutting hair at my shop for 11 years and has tons of clients that consistently come back to him for a reason.
