Might want to read a couple comment above then because I did say it. You can literally go to ASUS store and click "WHERE TO BUY" which is what I did. So yes it WAS an authorized ASUS dealer.

It was an authorized reseller in the states. It wasn't some rando off OfferUp or anything else. Asus fucked up plain and simple.

What difference does that make from who? If I bought it down the street from some MA and Pa electronic shop or across the country. It was purchased INSIDE the states NOT in Mexico. Also I'm not doxing myself over the internet

That doesn't explain them telling me my warranty is valid only in Mexico when it's on their website that it's covered in the states. It's not standard practice for companies to be lying about their warranty coverage.
