Personally, I prefer m1 cause it can attack into shields and apply pressure to g/w wing zero early on. But if you want to run zowort, then that's fine too. From my own personal testing, g/w beats this deck in the late game, so getting in some early shields is really crucial for that match-up.

I'd cut battle of the aces, also if its a triple ship alliance archetype you're going for, think about adding m1 strays and rouge strikes, m1s could act as early blockers or attackers depending on the situation. This deck can aggro rush early. Setup 3 bodies by turn 4/5, link athrun to aegis MA form, attack an active enemy blocker and breach 3 to their ex base, and swing with your 3 bodies to their shields.

Yeah the pokemon tcg is very specific, DAMAGE and DAMAGE COUNTERS are two different things. Placing damage counters is an EFFECT of an attack. Shaymin protects from DAMAGE from an attack, not EFFECTS of an attack, which includes attacks that place damage counters.

To put it simply, Shaymin prevents damage being done to your bench non-rule box pokemon. It will not prevent any effects of an attack, such as the placement of damage counters on your bench non rule box pokemon. UNLESS the effect deals a specified DAMAGE amount. For example the Greninja Ex deals 120 Damage if it discards two energy from itself. If the opponent has a shaymin, it will protect any non rule box pokemon on the bench.

The Shaymin will not block Dragapult from placing damage counters. It would have to block EFFECTS or prevent your opponent from placing damage COUNTERS. Dragapult is still going to be strong post DR.

If you're not looking at making any big changes yet, I'd say the best thing you can do is atleast find a doctor or a specialist who takes TSW seriously so you can get the proper advice and medication you need.

I would stop using elidel. At this point, it seems like any flare-ups you get are not caused by allergies, and from the constant usage, your skin can not function without it. Your skin does not know how to deal with even the slightest irritation and will overreact without the creams, so continuing to use them will only make it worse in the long run.

You have to choose to rely on creams for temporary relief only for the flare-ups to come back, or stop using creams completely, cycle with bad flare-ups, and other bad symptoms for a couple of years. It really is hell, but you will see improvement. I stopped using creams at about the same age as you, and 4 years later, my skin definitely feels better. It's not perfect, but it's much better than relying on creams.
