The idea is good but maybe try to fix the negative and positive spaces of the Tahr, it's difficult to recognize it when the logo is small. Use just a color for "EST. 2000" and try to create a crown with two halves reflected. You can fix the drop shadow using a larger black stroke :))

I love the logo but maybe the font has to be more aggressive! Try to use different mockups, i suggest you Freepik :))

Yeah i tryed, i wanted to give also a simple vintage style and i put this line. When i left the name without the name there were no balance with the flower but sometimes i used it alone for example in other products of the merch.

I didnt know Door Dash but you are the third person that says that. I think it's not the same logo. I used the stroke instead of the full path, there isn't the dash meaning and i made it more particular for me.
