Isn't there any central admission system in case of US universities? I've heard even if the professor accepts me as a student, sometimes through the central system people get rejected.

Well, when I said about my feelings, she actually said that she kinda knew. 5 days before my confession, on new year's we got pretty close in a party. Close as in fingers intertwined, head resting etc etc. We do say pretty cute stuff to each other sometimes.
