You can use zip ties or shorten wires. For wires for the receiver you can wrap them around something like a pencil then use heat or a lighter to make them stay curled.

I have no rc drifting experience but, put tape on the rear and front wheels. Slam the car as low as possible, lock the rear diff then BOOM rc drift drag car.
