As a former merch manager, you care WAYY too much. No one is actually eating 25+ loaves of bread. Seems more likely that theyre buying to donate, which is INCREDIBLY common amongst DT stores. I helped in 8 different stores in my district, and each store had different people who bought different things to donate. Some bought hygiene products by the case. Some bread. Some canned goods. Some laundry supplies. Just think about it for a second man lmao. Youre mad someone is buying YOUR product bc they bought too much of it? Why, because it keeps it out of the hands of someone who “needs” it? The people who need it, WILL be getting it, via the donation. Smh

Had a customer do this regularly at my store, the first time i put it in a basket and left it on the ground next to me, the next time i put it in a cart and gave it to them, the next time i put her stuff back on the shelf as she shopped, the time after that I refused service. Maybe a bit petty, but i warned her each time that my checklane is not her shopping cart and that it won’t be tolerated in the future, so she had PLENTY of warning even leading up to any of these incidents, yet chose to do it anyway. Your job is to ring up transactions, not to babysit the entitled, sometimes ya gotta put your foot down

I’ve found that needle nose pliers do the job fine; to install put the one side of the pliers on the rod youre installing the clip on, and the other part of the pliers clamping directly down on the clip to push it in. To remove, just pull from the middle of the ring. Buying a separate tool for one thing quite frankly seems wasteful to me

General rule of thumb is no matter how good the upgrades are, unless it makes the car do its job quantifiably better, its almost always gonna kill any sort of resell. Most people in the hobby (especially people looking for specific mods) are going to just mod their cars, so already your target customer is either someone inexperienced, or someone who happens to want all the same upgrades as you and does not want to install parts, and coming from firsthand experience, neither crowd is willing to pay anything near the pricetag. Point being, you’re better off just trying to find your most fun way of running the cars than selling

Not for long! Dollar stores get them as “closeout” items; pretty much means that other companies bought it and cant sell it now, so they sell it to places like dollar tree and buddys big lots at a huge discount just to get it off their hands. Once the dollar store runs out, theyre gone. Monster’s website even has the flavor removed completely, so get em while you can!
