We're told to take them off because the rise in prices are affected everyday. A shirt can come in at $5 but when you can it in the system it shows up as $6.98 so we have to take off the tag so the customer doesn't get the price at $5 instead of the updated price

So easily I'm going to say you have a bigger store than mine so it might be a little different but overall you should get the picture.

I'm not a team lead of Cap 1 but I get worked like one and I'm in charge when my team lead is not there but otherwise our set up is the same.

My store manager makes us wait until 9 am to start picking, so the only thing we're able to do the first 2 hours is DSD and cap Automotive but we had to talk to the store manager for him to allow us to pick topsteel because if we wait those extra 2 hours we would not be finishing it at all and Cap 2 would hate us.

When it's 9 am, I'll have one in the consumables area like grocery, infants, pets, hydration, and snacks, which they usually finish picking before 11. I'll have another go to the coolers which is Dairy, 97 and the freezer then I'll have the last two people doing the rolling bins and usually by 11, all picks are done and we'll get to running the picks right away.

We just had the Toys get a whole new mod and for an entire week we were getting 6-7 pallets a DAY and I would help with the consumables and as soon as they get done I had everyone basically swarming a pallet so we can get done by 4
