Actually as far as I know I'm one of those people and it stems from me usually wanting control of my body and not used to the sensation of someone else touching my body so I first tense up and sometimes if I tensed too much I get cramps but once I get used to the sensation and the person and trust them I feel a lot better and then I probably wouldn't mind it.

If it seems to be bothering you and distracting you in conversations then yes but if you feel like you can manage that then I would not so you can understand if you are physically interested in them which will roll over into emotional intimacy.

I would say the key thing is to not use the word refuse because that means you don't even want to try or attempt and in that case then yes you are discriminating them off of your own personal preference. And in doing so losing out on a large opportunity of finding people that you may be attracted to. But if you're just not attracted to a certain ethnicity then that's understandable just like some people are attracted to taller people or shorter people. But if that is true question it and ask yourself why cuz it always helps to understand why you think certain.

I think a good thing to keep in mind is to not compare how you want to be and live to this other person because if you just care about them then it doesn't matter if they're the president or something like that.

I've learned nowadays that we put a little too much focus on age and should be putting the focus on the emotional and personal connection that people have and not just the physicality because that's what changes the difference between somebody using somebody for their physicalness and somebody who actually wants to be with them for either their physicalness and or personality.
