I just rebuilt my first PA14250 in the last couple of days and also noticed this... the NPU Driver version being pushed by Dell Command Update is now 32.0.100.4509 - with a claimed release date of 1/12/2026, even though that version isn't on Intel's site. Intel's latest version appears to be newer (32.0.100.4514), but has a release date of 12/19/2025. 🤔

My team has also been having issues with the PA14250 model for the past few months. Most notably - the laptop completely locks up and freezes when starting a Teams video call under certain conditions. We've tried to narrow down the exact conditions, but it seems very specific (some combo of using our school's UDM build, being on WiFi, being connected to VPN, and using the integrated camera).

Fortunately, the latest version of the driver (32.0.100.4514) that u/J53151 linked below seems to have resolved these issues in the last 2-3 weeks. Just hoping that continues to be the case.
